Shipping Times

Although the cargo delivery time for our stocked products varies depending on the delivery address, they are delivered to the cargo within 3 business days at the latest.

For custom made products, delivery times vary depending on production times. All information regarding shipping and delivery dates will be contacted and provided to you during the ordering phase.

Where is my cargo?

When your order is delivered to cargo, you will receive an information e-mail, and then you will continue to receive information about the process via e-mail.

Payment Methods

You can make your payments using a credit card.

Returns and Exchanges

You can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the product. Once the return is approved, your refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

The products you purchase cannot be exchanged with other products.
